That whole conversation between your hand and the screen is one designed thing, and the one designed thing is what the application claims.
What a licensee gets
The deployment carries the license.
Partner deployments are covered by the license as the filing matures — your collection ships under it. Improvements to the model roll into your deployment as the platform grows.
